We prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) for compliance with the State's Construction General Permit. We also provide monitoring and inspections services on construction sites for SWPPP implementation and mitigation requirements.

Foothill Oaks Casino Project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, 2007, Shingle Springs Rancheria, El Dorado County, CA. Prepared for Environmental Data Systems Inc. and the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians. Natural Investigations Co. created this construction plan for a 70-acre commercial development site and Dr. Graening serves as the construction monitor for its implementation. Project challenges included stabilization of extremely steep-sloped banks, asbestos dust hazard mitigation, and protection of sensitive drainages and oak woodlands.
