Natural Investigations Company performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments according to the ASTM E 1527-13 Standard at a competitive price and quick turnaround. For Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, we recommend using Brown and Caldwell, Inc.

Dr. Gary Graening was certified by California Department of Toxic Substances Control as a Registered Environmental Assessor I (registration # 08060,) from 2005 to 2012 (when DTSC retired the certification program).  Dr. Graening has over 13 years of experience in environmental research and site assessment, including preparation of program-level Phase I ESAs, limited Phase II investigations, as well as environmental impact assessments for National Environmental Policy Act compliance and California Environmental Quality Act compliance.  Dr. Graening has completed the 40-hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response certification (with 8-hour annual refresher courses).
